As Merchant of Record, Vatly sends all billing-related emails to your customers. You don't need to build these yourself.

This docs page will list every customer-facing email, with when it is sent and an example:

- Order confirmation with invoice
- Invoice and customer portal links
- Upcoming renewal notice
- Failed payment and payment reminders
- Update payment method
- Expiring payment mandate
- Refund confirmation
- Subscription cancellation confirmation

Customizing these emails (logo, colors, reply-to address) is tracked separately in the email co-branding item.
